The prices of the articles reserved only for Belgium are mentioned including VAT. The prices of articles available in Belgium as well as in the rest of the world are indicated exclusive of VAT; VAT is then added or not depending on the destination country of the order.

Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside the European Union may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. Avister Medical has no control over these charges. These possible customs duties and taxes related to the delivery of the article are the responsibility of the consumer. Avister Medical reserves the right to refuse any order placed online. Avister Medical is under no obligation to give reasons for such a refusal. If Avister Medical decides not to execute an order placed online, it shall immediately inform the consumer.

A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent to you by return mail.
If the buyers validly exercised his right of withdrawal in writing within 14 calendar days, he will be reimbursed the amount of the value of the purchased goods.
Any renunciation of purchase implies the commitment of th buter to definitely and irrevocably renounce the use of the good.
The good must be returned directly to the company Avister Medical, at the buyer's expense. Please note that the products must not be damaged or used and musti still be in their original packaging.
The purchaser shall be reimbursed no later than fifteen days from the date of receipt of the product returned to Avister Medical. The buyer will be reimbursed for the amount paid into the bank account linked to the card used for payment.
The administrative and bank charges incurred will be deducted from the amount of the purchases.
The delivered goods shall remain the property of Avister Medical until they are handed over to the carrier, once the consumer has paid for them.
