We will do this according to our legitimate interest in providing exact information before and after a sale or a request for information or for contact.

We retain the contact-request emails for a period of two (2) years, after which these emails will be definitively deleted.

When you visit our Website, the server logs are stored. Storage of these logs is legal if the user is well informed of the implementation of the logging system and when the data retained are only used to guarantee the security of the system and the detection of any anomalies.

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, unless these parties are linked contractually to Avister Medical or are operating at its request or as a sub-contractor of Avister Medical. As a general rule, we retain your personal data within the European Union. However, in view of the fact that some of our suppliers are located in countries outside the European Union (hereafter called "Third Country/Countries"), we will transfer some of your personal data to Third Countries. This may notably be the case to Third Countries for which the European Commission has not taken a decision of "adequate protection".
